Act V: A “Hero’s” Blood
Scene 1
Lady Macbeth has become sick,
She is at night for what she did,
She walks and talks in her sleep.
Why is lady Macbeth so ill?
A gentlewoman seeks for a doctor's help,
For he has dealt with many situations,
But he feels she needs spiritual attention.
Scene 2
A drum has been sounded,
For it has been founded,
An army marches to join Malcolm’s army in his defeat of Macbeth.
Scene 3
Macbeth has discovered,
His wife can not recover,
Medical attention is not the cure.
Macbeth has been give news,
The army is huge,
The soldiers fear they will lose.
Macbeth declares they will win,
For the apparitions gave him a promise,
Therefore Macbeth will not see death anytime soon.
Scene 4
At Birnam wood,
The two armies become one,
Some of the sons shall soon pass boyhood.
The wood is moving,
But really it's just the soldiers,
For they are hiding to keep Macbeth from discovering their real numbers.
Scene 5
Macbeth has confidence,
He shall win this battle,
But in reality it will be a hassle.
Lady Macbeth is no longer unwell,
For she has brought death,
But this time it was amongst herself.
Macbeth has no sympathy,
For it was going to happen eventually,
His only worries shall be his enemy.
Macbeth awaits,
His enemies are bait,
In no time the battle will take place.
Scene 6
The time has passed,
Malcolm and his troops arrive,
Now who will die?
Scene 7
Macbeth has killed one,
The son of the English commander is dead,
But he died as an honorable man.
Macduff is on a hunt,
For where is Macbeth?
It is a matter of time where one of them shall meet their death.
Scene 8
Macbeth is found,
But he refuses to fight,
He already killed his wife and son.
Macbeth predicts he will kill Macduff,
But then Macbeth discovers,
Macduff is not born from woman naturally.
Macbeth starts to surrender with fear,
He then changes his mind,
Then he gets slaughtered and dies.
Macduff has cut off his head,
Now Malcolm gets to sleep in the King's bed,
For Malcolm is now the king of Scotland.
