You and Me
After all the voices are put to sleep
The thinking begins
The loneliness seeps through the cracks
Depression bangs on the door, it does not knock
And soon I am stuck in a little four by four
The thinking begins
The thinking of you
The thinking of me
The thinking of you and me
You and me
We sit together
We look at one another
But what are we doing?
What are we trying to prove?
I hope we don't have to stay here
I hope we don't die here
You and me
You and me
What more can I say?
Why do I have to say anything at all
I hate explaining myself
I hate explaining you and me
You just need to leave me be
I don't want to write about you anymore
This poem cant be about you anymore
I'm stopping right now.
