Revenge
It's the start of the end
Now all I must do is pretend
Enmity flowing through my veins
Breaking these amity chains
Leaving you lost at sea
Heaven will disown me
Oh, the iniquity I must commit
To hell I can’t submit
Suspicion is my reason
Controlled now by my demons
The rumor may be true
My intentions you can’t see through
Sleeping with my foolish wife
How badly do you cherish life?
Listen,the grave whispers your name
For your death you are to blame
The devil will hear my cry
Brittle, frail and bone dry
Relentless and callous by soul
Your lifeless body I shall hold
No one shall know
No one must
My plan will slowly take its course
Leaving no remorse

I wrote this in the perspective of the main antagonist in “Othello” by Shakespeare, Iago. I hope you enjoy.
