Purity Was Our Pit
In time before time
God's angels of white
Would float between waves of nothing at all
And it was pure
Yet without something to compare
Purity was but florescent hair
Not of the angels, but Future Pit
Inherit what we made of it
Our injustice, anger, sin
Left the world to rot within
Without a time, the Future Pit,
Wallowed in all, and
Nothing, the same
Unveiled, was purity obsolete
A mystery of ancient streets
No when, no how, or why or truth
To tie together
The remain
Just the evil which was pure
In nothing
Was
Plain
