Love, You Are My Angel
An angel has finally come to take me home. His hand in mine, we fly. Up, up, but not really away. We can never be away from each other. Over the violent ocean and under peaceful stars, we fly to new hopes and dreams. A new reality is ours. But my hand commits the dreaded crime, and up from the sky I fall. Just the momentary slip of my hand, and the ground is now spiraling up. Shutting my eyes I think: I am a failure. But his hand grabs me, my toes just inches from the ground, and he says: You are not a failure. My angel has come to take me home again. His hand in mine, we fly. A new reality is still ours. And we will never be away from each other.
