Baseball
It was the 9th inning
The Rangers were winning
All of the fans
Cheered in the stands
The pitcher got on the mound
Went up for his bound
He threw the pitch so fast
It almost traveled in the past
The crack of the bat
Went into the light
We couldn’t see it
Because of it’s height
The runner got to first
Then rounded the base in such a burst
When he got to second he caught some air
But in a couple of seconds he didn’t even care
The next batter up hit one to the end of the dome
So the guy at second could score at home
The rangers won the game
They got all the fame
Everyone remembered their name
TEXAS RANGERS
