How long will it be
How long will it be
till I see that face
that I love and adore
How long will it be
till we lock eyes again
I love looking into your eyes
How long will it be
till I feel your warm embrace
I miss you so very much
How long will it be
till we walk or
run side by side
How long will it be
till I can call you mine
an never leave your side

I wrote this about the one I love. I didn't get to see him very often and so I wrote this. Now he has Osteosarcoma at 16 years old. That is a type of bone Cancer. He's doing Chemo for 7 months and I will rarely see him. This poem explains what I want most. He's strong, I know he'll beat this! I'll never leave his side!
