Severed Ties,
Cunning Lies.
Locked up hearts,
And Suicides.

Beaten kids,
Drug Addictions.
Alcoholic parents,
And house evictions.

Strives for perfection,
Self mutilation.
Locked in basements,
Touched in places.

Shooting sprees,
Gangs at war.
What has become
Of our perfect world?

Whats funny about this peom is that it just kinda happened on the spare of the moment. I didnt really plan it. I was sitting in my room, thinking about life, and all of a sudden words just started popping up in my head. I wrote it down and was surprised by it. I showed it to 2 of my friends and they all loved it. They really wanted me to post it somewhere, and I did. Here. So I hope all of you like it.
