In My World
Floating along on an endless dream
Everything is real
Nothing’s how it seems
Not a worry Not a care
I don’t know how but I’m sure we’ll get there
Just Breath
And Sing
Smile and Laugh
Spin 3 times then pick a path
Amble along with happy apparatuses in your head
Lasso a cloud with your braid and make it a bed
Let the sun warm your face as you stare into the blue
I’m not sure when but we’ll make it through
You and me against the world
An ordinary boy
An ordinary girl
Race across the fields at dusk
To that one bright star over the colors and trees
The star that I wished on so very hard that night
Another failed attempt to change my life
My facade slips and you glimpse the broken girl
Who is only free in her imaginary world
Where her and her love float an endless dream
Where everything is real and nothing’s how it seems
