Fame, Defeat, and Sanity
Hurting is my fame,
?And eyes of longing are too,
?Your the one that was playing,
?Its all because of you.
?I sit in the corner,?
Of my dark little room,
?Wrapped around in promises, ?
That are way past due.
?Tears flourish apon my face,?
They are my wounds and my retreat,
?They burn when let lose,
?Showing my defeat.
?Giving me a purpose,
?And exposing my pain,
?They come when called,?
To keep my mind sane.
