The Bully
He walks the halls,
He holds his head high,
He doesn't have the balls,
To do what is right.
His smile is devious,
He isn't that kind,
He is very mischievous,
There's something wrong with his mind.
He doesn't know how to smile,
He makes people wanna cry,
His life is so vile,
But he never asks why.
He thinks he is so cool,
He doesn't have any friends,
He just acts like a fool,
His heart still breaks and bends.
There is something wrong with his life,
His parents don't give a care,
There is something that causes all his strife,
He needs someone who will share.
He messes with peoples hearts,
He cause people tremendous pain,
He breaks them into little parts,
And causes them to go insane.
There are reasons why he does it,
He has his own things going on,
He is stuck in this deep dark pit,
It keeps him up until the dawn.
He jokes around with peoples feelings,
And yet he has no self pride,
He stands tall like giant buildings,
But his heart has shriveled up and died.
He know that he doesn't have a right,
To hurt people and mess with their mind,
Or to be rude and cause a stupid fight,
But yet he doesn't know how to be kind.
So this is the story of the bully,
And now you know what's true,
I hope that you understand fully,
And realize the little bully in you.

The main advice I can give is to not end every line with a comma, it makes the poem slow and choppy.
Another thing you could do is use more comparisons. Stanzas 7-10 are my favorites.
