I look in the mirror
but don't see me.
I see the lives
I've come to read.
I see my friends
of ink and print
and all the time
that we have spent.
Together we laugh
and together we cry.
Together we live
and together we die.
When I look in the mirror
I don't see me.
I see my books,
my family.
