That's Very Fairy-Tale of You
While he was hiding behind the old oak tree,
He couldn't help but stare at me.
Feeling uneasy, I swiftly glanced about.
With much haste, he sprang right out.
"Can I help you?," I asked.
To which he stood aghast.
"Can I help you?, I asked again.
To which he replied right then.
"I couldn't help but stare at you madam," he remarked with his cheeks reddening all the while.
I couldn't help but awkwardly smile.
As though reading my inner linings of my mind, he quickly apologized and walked right up towards me.
"Forgive me," he said, "for you've unlocked my heart's passion and only you may hold the key."
Grasping my hand within his own, I blushed and tried to interject.
He, however, left me no time to reflect.
With one perfect smile, he quashed all my previous confusions and doubts.
And from that instant our love only seemed to sprout.
