Any Other Way Original
My eyes look at you unseeing, a memory the mess it makes
A memory I can't shake of you.
The pain your leaving creates
a hole in my chest, something you don't just forget.
I should've known you'd be leaving, just like all the rest.
My eyes look at you unseeing, my heart un-feeling, my wounds un-healing, pain still fresh.
From time to time
I put you out of my mind, but you still remain.
A memory I can't shake, or push away but I wouldn't have it any other way.
