Invisible Original
I dig real deep
in my heart,
cling to a piece of before.
Hoping for a friend to reach out,
see me for who I am.
I am nervous when I walk in,
because I’ve been invisible
every place I’ve been,
to everyone and everything
except you.
Invisible
and it seems to me
you’re the only one who knows
how that feels.
Invisible
you’re the only one who sees me.
