One Last Glimpse
A memory, so strong, yet It’s like a rearview mirror, showing you the way. Shattering by your touch, when you make a wrong move, if only I could reach out, touch a memory of me and you. So sudden, it hits me, just one last glimpse; an open book, for the whole world to read. I touch the memory with my fingers, but it turned to air. If I could I would touch a moment, a memory, a feeling, but the moment I reach out, it’s not there, my one last glimpse of us, still fresh in my mind.
