The End
You hear the sound,
of an avalanche.
That’s when you know,
you’ve met your match.
Thunder rolling,
like a drum.
You’re paralyzed.
You can not run.
There is one thing to do
when the sky turns black.
Run for your life,
and don’t look back.
Once again,
you start to shake.
Now you know
the shocking fate.
For about an hour,
the storm turns sour.
It makes you run.
It makes you cower.
Rain pours down.
While lightning strikes.
You don’t know
if it’s your last night.
You pray to god
that you will live.
But you don’t
know that it’s the end.
You ask forgiveness
for all your sins.
But in the end,
no one wins.
As you shout.
As you scream.
You don’t know
what this means.
Blood swirls in the sky.
It’s from those who have died.
They said it won’t happen.
But they lied.
The angels and demons
fight for control.
They seem to forget.
We die as a whole.
It easily shows
that nobody knows
no one can win.
This is truly the end.
