When The Love Turns Sour
Thunder crashes
while lightning strikes.
The rain pours down
on this stormy night.
She has made me laugh.
She has made me cry.
She left me.
I don’t know why.
As I sit alone
in this place I know.
I wonder where
I should go.
The tears come rolling
down my face.
I want to die
as my heart starts to race.
I know that I
overreact.
I know I must
face the fact.
She is all
that I need.
I hope that soon
she will see.
I love her
with all of my heart.
She left me
because I’m stupid not smart.
I try to explain
how I suffer this pain.
The bond she breaks
makes my body shake.
She gives me advice.
She’s way too nice.
She left me.
My heart is ice.
Her next to me
is beyond joyful.
She makes my heart
be more than full.
Her laugh.
Her smile.
I thought this would last
quite a while.
Her beautiful voice.
So soft and sweet.
Makes my heart melt.
Causing my defeat.
My loneliness
is mandatory.
That is what
writes my story.
Her with love and affection.
I will shower.
But sadly now.
The love turned sour.
I am alone
in this world of hate.
Loneliness
is my fate.
I need her back.
No matter the cost.
I now realize
what I've lost.
