Colors
Black is black
And white is white
That is all that’s in my sight
Nothing past that,
Just an image on a canvas
The color shows
How much the heart can grow.
Some erase the ones
That don’t look right in the painting.
Light is always good
But no one considered that the others were just misunderstood.
I hear the babies’ cries
And endless lullabies.
But in the end it’s not about cries
The longest,
It’s about who cries the loudest.
