Wiggle your ears,
Laugh while the years
Race
Down your face.
Everyone around me
All of them happy
Why them?
Why not me?
Happy people here
Happy people there
Happy people all around me
They live their lives
Little fear in their eyes
No worries
Always hopeful
Running
And hiding
From Nothing
Joy in their eyes
Smiling
Happy with their lives
Looking ahead
They see
Bright futures
Why can’t this be me?
