My eyes lit up at the sight of the fire in his eyes
Lit up like an 8 year olds eye,
after viewing the inside colors
of the kaleidoscope spectrum
Never growing tired of it
Our hearts spun like our hands in our unconscious minds
Spun like a torpedo
Lips close but not daring to form
For fear of burning ourselves alive
With the power of teenage love
