The Game of Life
I was born losing air,
Already was my infant body rejecting life,
And the pain just grew and grew,

Chains my interests to the bed as I start to cry,
I scream, “Lord can you hear me?”,
I hold my hands close to my chest,
“Friend, are you still there?”,
My demons never let me rest,
I ran and I ran one night,
The fall air crisp and clean,
I woke up to a nightmare,
