Where I'm From
I am from a city in a warm sunny day,
Where the beach was ready for me to sunbathe and play.
I am from a house with red brick walls,
Where if they fall down I could stack them back up to stand tall.
I am from the bruises all over my knees,
That felt the painful gravel of my neighborhood street.
I am from the night sky that I started from my yard,
Every night with my friends who will forever stay in my heart.
But most of all I am from my family,
That raised and tough me to be the person that I am today.
