Remember the Block
Remember the days of no worries
And the responsibilities we lacked
We started to run as the mosquitoes took over
But soon we could barely walk
They came by the thousands and held us down
Telling us it's time to grow up
With a great fight they won
Over time friends disappeared and neighbours moved out
The castles we created still stand
In the uncharted woods behind the block
