His Desires, Your Tears
When did no suddenly become yes?
Some may even hear maybe,
His lies telling you that you're just uncertain.
When did they do this?
His desires causing you tears,
The dreams of what happened forcing you awake,
Scared of what lingers in the dark.
When did you become so fearful?
When the night it all happened,
Backs flashes catching you like a deer in headlights.
Why did they do this?
His touch making you want to shiver,
Even a sudden glance at you makes your knees weak,
Your heart pounding,
The tears start streaming.
Why did it have to be you?
You search in a crowd,
Wondering a million thoughts all at once.
Are they here?
Did they do it to someone else?
Who else has his heart pounding?
You sit there curling up in these thoughts,
Thoughts that make you scared to even step foot outside again.
Why does his desires hurt?
A piece of your soul is gone,
No matter how much you smile,
It still withers away.
Why is it all your fault?
You sit there,
The rain cloud floating above you.
Why did his desires have to leave you with a scar?
