i feel like i am
just a grain of sand
in a vast des’rt.
miles and miles
of dunes and rocks.
billions and billions
of grains like me.
am i really unique?
what makes me special?
p’rhaps the fact
that I am me.
be yourself.
‘tis the most wondrous
that thee can be.
you are special
just like me.
