Breathe in.
Picture birds flying high,
Shining sun in the sky
Feeling wind joyously running free.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
See the moon shining bright,
On a calm, peaceful night
Nature cries out from within each tree.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Smell the fresh ocean air,
We all long to stay there
Hearing children all shouting with glee.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
As the leaves hit the ground,
Nothing near makes a sound
You hear winter calling out its plea.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
When the ground fills with snow,
You see nowhere to go
Just relax with a hot cup of tea.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Let that feeling sink in,
Look up, lift your chin
See everything you want to see.
Breathe out.
