Mr. Teddy
He came to me, new and clean
His fur soft, shiny like a dream
Eyes of glimmering glass
And a ribbon ‘round his neck tied fast
Everywhere I took him
To me he was an extra limb
A comfort when I cried
To hold me close and dry my eyes
Then one night, a long plane ride
I got in the car to find
No soft fur or fuzzy nose
In any corner to be exposed

This is about a stuffed bear I got when I was two, and was very important to me, it was comforting and I loved it a lot, at some point it got lost and I was never able to find it again.
