The song of summer
What can I say
On a beautiful day in May
When interrupted by the chirps of jay
Oh, how the voice warmed
My ears; that made me charmed
That I could get rid of my concerned
Thoughts that made my head gloomy
And give a dark storm to me
Oh, then again the jay’s journey begun
But still did my day shine with the sun
So I could chirp my own song;
The song of my spring; so long.
