In the spring trees sprout like how friends may grow

It's like watering a plant you must be oh so gentle

Like peas, we stick together holding on so tightly

Drifting past the trees like bursts of winds thinking so highly,

Summer says let there be light

but forces the sky to fall by night

Just like us, there are highs and lows

When it gets too far

we let go

Leaves that drift off come in fall

Yellow and Orange descends

Watching Plenty sneak away

Many tears trickle down and in time winter storms along

Carrying lies as white as snow

As little

But as many as a ton

Just like the season’s people may come and go

Just like the trees many never just come to leave

A reminder that not everyone sticks around and that's okay.
