I am not straight
Why can we
not love who
we want to
love?
We are hated,
despised,
abused for loving
the same sex.
We are told that
it is a choice,
but they do not
realize that it is
our blood.
They can pick our
brains apart,
send us to conversion therapy,
try to pray the gay away.
They can destroy us,
but we are who we
are and if they truly loved us,
they wouldn't want to change us.
So screw them for not
loving us.
Screw them for not
accepting every broken
piece of us.
Screw them for
hurting us.
I just want them to
love me again.
