Whispers in the Wind
Down by the water,
Down by the stream,
Sits a girl,
Trapped in repeat.
Once she feels,
Any hope,
It’s snatched away,
As quick as it showed.
She can never seem,
To get it right,
Mistakes follow her life.
Some say listen close,
And you’ll hear,
Her desperate plea,
But no one stops to see.

Whatever happened in the past is healing slowly, so I must learn to take life slowly also. And I won't be able to totally defeat sorrow. But once I learn to accept that this is the way I feel, there is freedom in that thought, strangely enough.
This poem is about how we feel when were trapped in a ever lasting loop where we keep messing up everytime life is getting good. Please comment!
