To Jed:
Sometimes I think “How did we ever become friends?”
You then make a witty comment,
educate me on one of the 827 types of soup,
or finish my sentence,
and the question is answered.
You know that phrase “great minds think alike”?
We aren’t minds, but that applies to us.
If I ever have a bad day
you’re always willing to listen
to my long list of complaints.
I wouldn’t give up your status of “John’s Best Friend”
to Elon Musk himself.
