Boy soldier in Sierra Leone

They saw bullet holes
they saw a dead body in a pond of blood
the flies die from the bad smell of the body
a boy and his friends starving from hunger
broken shoes dirty rifle
on his shoulders and behind his head
back to a city where everyone was killed
when they got to the old house
everything was turned upside down
looking for money
