She is Losing Her Mind
One young girl, seeking to find
The one thing, that kept her functioning.
She screams she cries, she can’t figure out why
Her life is going down in a spiral.
She can’t think properly anymore
Too many things on her mind.
She wishes to get rid of it all
Every day feels the same to her
She sees things that others do not.
She hears things that others do not.
She screams, she cries and wants to know why
No one believes her.
She finds herself alone
Alone in her room
Trapped under
The sheets of
Her cold, hard bed
Breathing heavily
She screams, she cries and wants to know
Where her mind went.

I always wondered what its like for someone who has "lost their mind" so I decided to try and write in their perspective.
