Love
I remember it was a warm spring day,
we were outside,
you were against the wall, and I was in your arms.
I remember the warmth of your skin as you touched my face,
I will miss the tickle of your soft lips against mine,
I will miss the way you make me feel.
I will miss the way your arms wrap around my waist like two puzzle pieces that were made for each other.
I will miss the way my hand fits perfectly in yours.
You are the one I see myself with fifteen years from now,
I want to marry you, have a family with you, and I want to grow old with you.
I want you forever.
But at the same time, I don't want to grow old,
I want to stop time here where we are now,
Where everything is the same.
where we are young and in love,
because anything can happen,
one of us could fall out of love
I can trust you with all of my body, mind, and soul.
What we have is so strong and rare that not even time could touch it.
And not even words or actions can explain how much I love you.
