My favorite color is blue

Blue reminds me of the ocean

When you're sad you might feel blue 

Not me-

When I'm blue I am me

My blue is the ocean 

My ocean brings refreshing waves

My waves crashing softly

My soft stones on the edge 

My edge of the Earth

My Earth seems to end

My end of all problems

My problems are left here 

Here is where we find the blue within all 

The blue that brings out you 

You who is bright

You who is kind 

You who is you 

You who no one else can be

On a rainy day it's blue 

It's gray 

But it's blue

But how could it be blue? 

Rainy days bring out the fun in you 

Rainy days have puddles 

Rainy days have boots 

Rainy days have your blue 

Sunshine is blue

Its yellow 

But it's blue  

Blue skies sing and dance 

And you 

You sing and dance in your blue
