I was like a turtle
Lost in the endless sea
Swimming around
Until he found me
He pulled me from below
Caught me on a hook
And when he pulled me up
He took another look
He looked at my shell
Then he looked beyond
And that’s why i believe
He became so found
So now im his
I’m kept in a cage
Waiting for love
Or war to rage
Sometimes i wish
I could go back to the sea
Sometimes i wish
He would just love me
