Memories Of You
It's the way you smiled
A smile so contagious
It's the way you smelt
Hugging you good-bye on the bus
It's my memories of you
It's the way you were there
For me in some way
It's the way you seemed happy
Whenever I had something to say
It's my memories of you
It's the way you ran
Down the basketball court
It's the way you taught me how to
Play basketball, your favorite sport
It's my memories of you
It's the way you hug me
Enveloping me whole
It's the way you made
My life seem so full
Brother, it's my memories of you
That make me happy
And that's why I miss you so much
So, I could keep making more memories with you

I wrote this as an assignment for English class, but I decided to put it on teenink because it's about my brother and it was too easy to write this poem.
