makes it all better.

The Midol I take
for the menstrual stomach ache
helps only when you're beside
me rubbing it all better.

Your peppered kisses
all over my face
help better than the
Orajel I take for
my toothache.
You’re my painkiller.
But all the pain relief
That I take won’t
help the Heartache
you left to make it all better.
