Pushed you
There is nowhere to hide my face in this light
so i’ll pull the curtains closed and collect dust in the dark
sending you signals through the pantomime
My feelings came rushing by like oncoming train
so I pushed you on the tracks and ran away
falling out of my mind, cutting myself on the truth
Im completely out of my element, standing open like a cave
you’re ephemerality, fleeting and quick
and the sense breaks through like a knife
This can't last
So the fragility keeps me guessing
and i think yearning will be better than losing
all while i’m bound to the floor in my minds cage
