Oh, how I love the outdoors
Oh, how I love the outdoors
I love the joy it brings to be
Oh, the sounds
The sounds of rain plopping to the ground
Oh, the views
The view of waves wishing and washing away on sand
Oh, the scents
The scent of pretty pinecones and fresh cut grass
Oh, how I love the outdoors
Nothing brings me more joy than the outdoors
Oh, how I love the outdoors
I love the emotions that it sparks in me
Oh, the sounds
The sounds that put me to sleep and make my stress wander off
Oh, the views
The views that I could look at until that is what I become
Oh, the scents
The scents that bring back early memories and make me remember the world isn't all bad
Nothing sparks more emotions in me than the outdoors

I've had some bumps in the road throughout my life, and the outdoors was always there for me. I thought that this piece I wrote perfectly described the sounds, the views, and the scents, but also touches of how it can affect someone mentally, and the deeper meaning of nature.
