Toxic Memories
I can only wish to see the stars
In which they shine so bright,
I can only wish to see the moon
And all of its delight,
I remember us together
Soaring through the sky,
I remember when you kept me strong
As if I was soon to die,
The pain flows through each memory
When soon was our despair,
As you left my life
I felt like god had taken my air,
And as I walk through the night
Debating what is right,
All the stars scream your name
And my memories filled with fright
