familiar place
I sit in a very familiar house where
most of my siblings and parents live in,
a messy area of my own
all by myself,lonesome.
We start talking
Brightening up my daylike the morning sun,
By text, hours and hours
They ask to call
Bored I say “Yes”
The wind howling,
With my heavy breaths,
Not expecting what comes next.
Then we call,
talk for hours
while I act silly,
Because he is in a bad mood.
Try to make them
feel better
by being my silly
authentic self.
They laugh, and call me cute
while I'm just smiling because
I made him feel better
about whatever.
They sometimes are as sweet as white chocolate
There laugh is infectious
Every day we grow closer,
Every minute we grow
Together in this
Tree of Life.
“I have to go”
I say in a sad voice
They reply sadder than me
“okay”
We act silly together
and I show my true authentic self
more and more,
every second I get
more comfortable like how i am in a blanket.
Likeme and him have known
each other for years and years,
Like me and him were meant to be.
