My heart is set
on that you may bet
I don’t care what anyone might say
I wouldn’t have it any other way
Some probably think I’m stupid
but I’ve been struck with an arrow by Cupid
They don’t get why I forgave him
but my world without him is simply dim
When he left me I went a little crazy
I went through the motions with my mind blank and hazy
Edward left to protect me, not cause me pain
he didn’t know his absence would make me insane
Love is all that I’ve given
and his wanting me means so much more, so why shouldn’t he be forgiven?
