Your Gone
Sitting by the window seeing if the door bell would ring
Hoping that you would be standing there finally coming home now
But walking through the funeral door told me you were gone
I was thinking it was just a dream
I would wake up to your smiles
Your hair was like mine your skin was my skin and your smile was contagious
I was thinking that we would have our first daughter father dace but they say its my turn to come to the stage
I leaned over and your skin is no longer my skin you no longer smile
They say your him but ur a stranger they say he's finally coming home now
But i say your gone
