A Veil of Seven Colors
Some people see me as gloomy,
others as vivacious.
I can be tender like the sweet shower
or brutal as the storm.
I can be murky like puddles,
or clear as the sky.
I am, at most, nuisance
booming cacophonously.
Even so, I can whisper
like a soft breeze.
I breathe gently,
a steady pace.
I wear a veil of seven colors,
each one surpassing the other.
Each drop, each tear
abiding.
