siting here while people play darts
with pictures of things that should of been forgot
and people still who haunt my head
while i sleep
with both eyes open
hoping to catch it staring me in the face
the tiles or one bleed red near the door
and to open it
would ruin its charm
secrets are better then lies
mystery is better then life
and life is a lie
with a f in the middle
for I'm here
and ever leaving
I'd much rather knock on heaven's door
and fall through to hell
so i could still have something to dream off
so i could still have a reason to sleep
if the lie of life is bad enough
then nightmares will cease to exist
