Where I am From
I am from the stars that you see at night;
They sparkle with the memories of ones past.
I am from a big noisy town
To a quiet town; it reminds me of who I am.
I am from the pages within a book;
That’s where I like to live my days.
Just reading away is what I like to do,
Just hoping that it will never end.
I am from the words of a song
It was born in my soul
And it reminds me of who I am.
I am from the love
Of my grandpa
Who was all about caring and love.
I am from the family
Who loves and cares for me.
They always encourage me to do the right things in life
And will always be there for me when I am in need.
I am from the good and bad times
That everyone goes through.
But my life is worth living
Because without me, nothing
Would be the same.
But most of all,
I am from me.
