Riiiiiiing!
No time. Must hurry.
Grab books, unplug computer.
Already later than others, not yet out the door.
Dash out the room.
Next class.
Out of breath already.
Bump into a click of preps.
Freshman, sophomores, juniors, seniors,
All alike, in this small area,
Yet still segregated,
All in a hurry.
Need to get a drink!
But I also need my book.
Fountain is on the other side of the hall
But the locker is right here,
Right by next class.
No time.
Found locker.
Easy number, just 123
Twist combination, but get
Hit by next-door lockeree's backpack
Great, now the combination is screwed up.
Redo. Spin, spin the lock.
Finally in classroom.
One minute.
Soon time to think.
To work, to study hard.
But really, why must we, teacher?
So little time to prepare.
Laziness
Was the predominant
Theme of last night, and
There is work left undone on this computer.
Sigh. The bell will ring soon.
As a neighbor slides in
She's nearly late.
Riiiiiiing!

It's written in a sort of scatter-form, because it's like in a teen's mind. And it's written with no 'I' or 'me' to distance you from the narrarator.
